to ring true, in agreement.
"feedback into focus"
Chime turns NPS feedback into action, without losing the nuance in a spreadsheet.
The framework
Built on Rahul Vohra's product-market fit framework from Superhuman — segmenting responses the way his engine does, and asking what promoters love and what passives need, instead of averaging everyone's feedback into one flat number.
How it works
Every theme you see is generated by an LLM reading real responses — never keyword-matched, never rewritten. If a comment doesn't clearly fit a theme, it stays visible as unclustered rather than force-fit.
Why I built this
I first ran into this framework while working with my founder, Vedant, at Quso.ai (formerly vidyo.ai) — digging through NPS surveys and trying to figure out which action items actually mattered. As a way of giving back to the CS community, and because I love vibe-coding things into existence, I decided to build it into a real tool. It's still early and pretty limited today, but there's a lot more planned. If you try it and something's missing (or broken), I'd genuinely love to hear about it — swabhig@gmail.com.
